We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in construction billing and quantity estimation. The candidate will be responsible for RA billing, quantity take-offs, BOQ verification, rate analysis, reconciliation, and coordination with site and planning teams.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in construction billing and quantity estimation. The candidate will be responsible for RA billing, quantity take-offs, BOQ verification, rate analysis, reconciliation, and coordination with site and planning teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA (Running Account) Bills.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Verify BOQs and carry out rate analysis.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors for billing-related activities.
- Check work orders, variation quantities, and executed quantities.
- Prepare reconciliation statements and maintain proper billing documentation.
- Coordinate with site and planning teams to obtain accurate billing inputs.
- Ensure billing quantities are supported by relevant measurements, drawings, and site records.
- Identify discrepancies in quantities and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of bills, measurements, variations, and reconciliations.
Technical skills
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and construction billing.
- Good understanding of BOQ, RA Bills, rate analysis, and quantity estimation.
- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing documentation.
- Experience with Highrise software will be preferred.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within timelines.

₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
