Civil Network is a job portal specifically designed for the civil engineering and construction industry. We act as a platform to connect Job Seekers and Employers. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, or labor contractor.
B. User Accounts
- Job Seekers: Registration and usage of the portal are absolutely free. You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume and profile details.
- Employers: Usage is subject to the purchase of Paid Packages. You agree to provide genuine job details and salary information.
C. Paid Services for Employers
- Employers must pay the specified fees to post job listings.
- All payments are non-refundable once the service (job posting) has been activated, unless otherwise stated.
- Civil Network reserves the right to remove any job posting that is found to be fraudulent or misleading without a refund.
D. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Post inaccurate, incomplete, or false information.
- Use the database to send “spam” or unsolicited communications.
- Share account login credentials with third parties.
- E. Limitation of Liability
Civil Network does not guarantee that a Job Seeker will find a job or that an Employer will find a suitable candidate. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user or the authenticity of the information provided by them.
F. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
