- Matching: To connect Job Seekers with relevant job opportunities.
- Communication: To send alerts regarding application status, job posts, or account updates.
- Verification: To ensure the legitimacy of employers and seekers on the platform.

- With Employers: When a Job Seeker applies for a job, their profile and resume are shared with the respective Employer.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
- Third-Party Services: If you use “Sign in with Google,” we receive your Name and Email from Google as per their privacy standards.
