Civil Software Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Civil Software Trainer who can deliver high-quality training programs on civil engineering software tools. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical industry exposure, and the ability to train students/professionals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on civil engineering software applications.
• Provide hands-on practical training with real-time projects and assignments.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and course content.
• Explain software concepts, tools, workflows, and industry practices.
• Support learners in project development and software implementation.
• Evaluate trainees’ performance through assessments and feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest software versions and industry trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for training schedules and requirements.
• Guide students on project execution and career-oriented skills.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts and software tools.

Hands-on experience with software such as:

• AutoCAD
• Revit (Civil/Architecture)
• STAAD.Pro
• ETABS
• Civil 3D
• Primavera P6 (added advantage)
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle classroom and online training sessions.
• Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.
