Job Description
SBEE Realty is looking for an Architect to join our Engineering Team in Pune.
What we're looking for:
- 4–7 years of experience in real estate / architectural consultancy
- B.Arch mandatory | M.Arch preferred
- Strong experience in working drawings, detailing & design development
- Good knowledge of PMC/PMRDA norms, DCR & statutory requirements
- Experience coordinating with structural, MEP & other consultants
- Exposure to site execution and design coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & Photoshop
