URGENT HIRING – CONTRACTS & BILLING ENGINEER!
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, subcontractor bills and final bills
- Quantity estimation, BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
- Measurement verification and rate analysis
- Handle subcontractor billing and contractual documentation
- Coordinate with site/project teams for billing and measurements
- Prepare variation, deviation and reconciliation statements
- Ensure timely submission and processing of project bills
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in Building Construction
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong knowledge of billing, BOQ, estimation and measurements
- Good coordination and communication skills
