Structural Designer – Civil & Onshore

Onward Technologies is hiring experienced Onshore Civil & Structural Designers to support FEED and Detailed Engineering projects for leading Oil & Gas and Energy clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D structural models using E3D or Smart 3D (S3D).
• Prepare foundation layouts, structural steel drawings, pile layouts, tank foundation drawings, and detailed construction deliverables.
• Model pipe racks, shelters, platforms, equipment support structures, and modular units.
• Generate GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and MTOs from 3D models.
• Perform clash detection and support constructability reviews.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plant Layout teams.
• Support FEED, Detailed Engineering, construction, and project execution activities.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10-20 years of experience in Onshore Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Energy projects
• Hands-on experience with AVEVA E3D or Smart 3D (S3D)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation
• Experience in modelling pipe racks, foundations, steel structures, and equipment supports
• Familiarity with FEED & Detailed Engineering project environments

Preferred

• Experience in Brownfield & Revamp Projects
• Exposure to MTO extraction and drawing generation from 3D models
• Knowledge of model reviews, clash detection, and constructability studies
• Experience working with international EPC clients and multi-office execution teams
