Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor HSE activities at the project site
• Conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks and safety inductions
• Monitor PTW, PPE, work-at-height, lifting, excavation, hot work and confined-space activities
• Conduct Risk Assessments and JSA for critical activities
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and statutory requirements
• Maintain HSE documentation and prepare project safety reports
• Conduct emergency preparedness drills and ensure corrective actions are closed on time
