Civil Engineer

Rudua Realty is a growing real estate company focused on building high-quality residential projects. We are looking for an experienced Construction Engineer / Project Engineer to manage our construction projects in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Supervise daily site work and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress.
• Handle material planning and procurement.
• Solve site-related issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure safety and quality at the construction site.
• Lead and guide site engineers and supervisors.
• Report project updates to management.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in residential construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
