Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall execution and supervision of RCC building construction projects from foundation to handover
- Preparation and monitoring of project schedules, bar charts, and progress reports
- Coordination with clients, PMC, and subcontractors for smooth site operations
- BOQ preparation, billing, rate analysis, and cost control
- Quality control as per IS codes, safety compliance, and statutory norms
- Reading and interpreting structural/architectural drawings, and ensuring execution as per drawings
- Vendor management, material planning, and site resource optimization.
- Handling client meetings, technical presentations, and project handovers
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in multi-story residential/commercial building construction
- Hands-on experience with shuttering, bar bending, concreting, waterproofing, and finishing works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
- Knowledge of building bylaws, FSI, and local municipal approval processes
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
