REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Residential & Commercial Projects – Mandatory
- High-Rise Project experience preferred
- Contracting Firm experience preferred
- Experience in site quality control and inspection
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards and documentation
- Experience in quality inspections, testing and material approvals
- Ability to coordinate with site execution and project teams
- Good understanding of quality documentation and reports
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct quality inspections at project sites
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor material quality, testing and approvals
- Maintain QA/QC records, checklists and inspection reports
- Coordinate with site teams for quality-related issues
- Identify quality deviations and ensure corrective actions
- Support implementation of project QA/QC procedures
